We are seeking a results-driven Engineering Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through to production. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or electronic engineering and experience managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or product development environment.

This role is responsible for:

  • Planning, executing, and delivering new product launches on time and within budget.
  • Working closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, risks are mitigated early, and products meet all performance and compliance standards.
  • Developing project plans, managing schedules and resources, coordinating design reviews, tracking deliverables, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, DFM/DFA principles, and engineering documentation is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
  • 5+ years in engineering project management, preferably in NPI
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
  • PMP certification is a plus
