Job Title: Loading Shovel Operator – Days/Nights Location: Ridham, Sittingbourne, Kent Salary: £15 – £16 per hour Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (55 hours per week on a rota basis Monday – Sunday) – Overtime available Main Functions: Operate fixed and mobile plant to process recyclable materials, minimising waste to landfill. Main Duties: Load the shredder in the Material Recycling Facility (MRF). Mix and load shredded material onto baler infeed conveyors. Load lorries and stack materials around the site. Perform maintenance on machines, including checks, refueling, lubrication, greasing, and washing. Ensure safe and efficient operation of the site at all times.
