The predicted salary is between 48000 - 84000 £ per year.
Global investment manager that continues to go from strength to strength has created new head count for a highly capable funds lawyer. Best known for their systematic and quantitative strategies and general love of technology, you would be joining a global team of lawyers that work collaboratively in a relatively flat structure.
Previous experience in a variety of Investment funds work is sought, as is a willingness to broaden your skill set. Day to day may include:
- Drafting and reviewing fund documentation
- Reviewing documentation for private investments
- Assisting with investor relation matters including onboarding new investors and negotiating investor side letters
Level sought is 4-8 pqe. Hours are very reasonable and current hybrid working is 4:1.
