Our client is currently have positions at The Elveden Inn and The Guinness Arms on the Norfolk / Suffolk border. They are committed to excellence in the service that they deliver, and that relies on the outstanding staff that they recruit, develop and retain. They genuinely want people to enjoy working in their pubs, and feel part of one professional team.
Salary: £29,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Location: Icklingham IP28 & Elveden IP24
The key purpose is to ensure that customer service is exceptional, and that customers leave the pub happier than when they first entered. They will be appointing people that understand the needs of the customer, genuinely care about the customer experience, can manage food service superbly and get a sense of satisfaction from doing it brilliantly!
The roles will work closely with other managers, supervisors and team members. They may work in either of the pubs. They are not a chain. They are unique, and that gives them opportunities to put their own spin on events, try different things and continually develop the offerings they can give to guests.
They are very pleased to be able to offer continuing development. They have a suite of courses ready for you to do via their online platform. In addition to online courses, they particularly focus on ILM level 3 Management Training. They are keen to offer Level 4 apprenticeships in Hospitality to ensure you have the opportunity for continuous professional development.
They have always shared tips with staff, and these roles will continue to benefit from this. They add a discretionary service charge of 10% to bills. They offer plenty of free parking, an Employee Wellbeing Programme, Occupational Health and the opportunity to work in beautiful surroundings.
