Milford Hall Hotel in Salisbury is undergoing an exciting transformation as we prepare to relaunch under the premium voco by IHG brand where unique charm meets modern hospitality. At the heart of this reimagining is Sarums Restaurant, our signature dining space ready to evolve into a vibrant, contemporary destination for both locals and hotel guests.
We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Manager (Food & Beverage) to lead our F&B offering through this pivotal phase and beyond.
About the Role
As Operations Manager F&B, you'll take full operational control of the hotel, focusing on all food and beverage areas across the hotel, including:
- Sarums Restaurant delivering stylish, seasonal cuisine with local influence
- The bar and lounge area
- Breakfast service and in-room dining
- Private dining, events, and banqueting
You will play a central role in rebranding and repositioning Sarums Restaurant in line with voco's characterful and unstuffy dining ethos, ensuring the guest experience is warm, elevated, and consistently excellent.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an F&B or operations management role within a quality hotel setting
- Track record of leading teams in restaurant and event environments
