They are seeking an experienced, technically adept and problem-solving, Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment & DEI Advisor to support their HR team, which provides day-to-day recruitment and DEI support and ad-hoc project work. You will be working closely with the Senior Recruitment Manager, Graduate & Business Services Recruitment Manager and the DEI Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who enjoys a busy, varied, fast-paced, team focussed working environment and wishes to grow professionally whilst contributing to delivering an efficient, professional recruitment service to their stakeholders. To apply for this role, you will need: – A minimum of 3 years’ experience working at Senior Assistant or Advisor level within a global law firm. Detailed knowledge and understanding of the legal industry as it relates to recruitment and a strong commercial awareness / interest to keep up to date on market trends. Understanding of the value and importance of inclusion to culture, performance and individual wellbeing. Strong organisational skills, coupled with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders at once, efficiently and sensitively. Team player who is open to continuous feedback and able to adapt well to dynamic and evolving situations. A recognised CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
