Multi Trader Required for Milton Keynes, Luton, Stevenage & Hemel area.
Carry out building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements within a multitude of trade disciplines ranging from routine reactive repairs to large scale programmed refurbishment work and occupational therapy adaptations in occupied and void housing properties and other Council owned premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.
Location β Milton Keynes, Luton, Stevenage & Hemel
Working - Mon-Fri, 40HRS.
Paying - Β£18.60 PAYE or Β£22.32 UMBRELLA β No CIS/LTD.
Starting - ASAP
Duration β 3 months, minimum
Must possess drivers license.
