Our client, a leading children’s charity, is on the lookout for Supervised Contact Facilitators to supervise and support contact sessions between children and their loved ones - in a range of settings including homes, contact centres and community spaces.
This is more than just supervision - it’s about creating a safe, nurturing, and positive space for children to spend time with their families, while managing risk and ensuring emotional wellbeing is always the priority.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting and supervising family time contact sessions
- Working alongside social workers and other professionals
- Writing accurate observations and reports
- Managing risk and promoting positive experiences for children
- Supporting parents to engage in meaningful contact
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience working with children, young people and/or families
