Interim Property Lawyer – Legal
Job Ref: Greenwich RQ
A Property Lawyer is needed for a Regeneration and Property team, to undertake a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property work.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Deal with the preparation of complex or unique forms of contract, specialised agreements, advise on any matters of property law and prepare other complex or unusual documentation as above.
- Ensure that legal advice and assistance is provided efficiently and expeditiously both personally and by other staff within the Team.
- Undertake as required (and in particular in any major work area allocated), a personal caseload of the more complex property advice, and agreement preparation work.
Qualifications:
Law Society admitted and Solicitor Regulatory Authority registered solicitor, or Bar Standards Board registered barrister.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working for a local authority property team, including familiarity with right to buy, lease extension, collective enfranchisement as well as commercial property work to be expected of a busy London authority.
- Experience of undertaking an extensive and varied legal caseload proficiently at a senior level.
