What We\’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • 5-15 years B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota achievement
  • Track record closing £100k+ ACV deals
  • £1-1.5M+ annual quota experience
  • Startup experience in fast-paced environments
  • Strong academic background
  • Healthcare/health-tech sector familiarity
  • Based in UK or Ireland

Must demonstrate:

  • Consistent quota over-achievement
  • Transparent performance metrics
  • Growth trajectory at previous companies

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery calls and demos with healthcare teams
  • Manage enterprise accounts (covering 1M+ patients)
  • Drive account expansion and referral generation
  • Influence product development through user feedback
  • Attend industry events and conferences
  • Scale sales processes and team operations
