With ambitious plans for 2025, they are now looking for talented Production Team Leaders to join their dynamic team, on both day and evening shifts.
There are 2 shift patterns available;
Days – Monday – Thursday 8am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am – 12.30pm (38.5 hours)
Evenings – Monday – Thursday 5.00pm-10.00pm (20 hours) Salary is pro-rated., * To effectively manage and motivate a team of 8-9 production operators

Ensure that your Line is adequately resourced, with the right skills at the right time

Maintain a clean and tidy production line

Ensure all health and safety procedures and guidelines are adhered to

Accurately complete daily production sheets and batch manufacturing records

Quickly identify issues on your production line, and arrange swift resolution through our engineering teams

Work closely with quality control teams to ensure all necessary in-process quality checks are completed, and to standard
