Join our Enterprise Process & Systems (EPS) Innovation Hub as a Lead D365 F&SCM Consultant, driving enhancements across Finance, Fulfilment, and Procurement within Dynamics 365.
With a strong focus on Finance, you will lead system improvement initiatives, support junior consultants, and provide expert-level (3rd line) D365 support.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead automation and process efficiency improvements within existing D365 F&SCM deployments.
- Support junior consultants and deliver training where needed.
- Collaborate on cross-functional rollouts across Europe, tailoring D365 to regional and regulatory needs.
- Customize, configure, and optimize D365 to drive business performance and customer experience.
- Work closely with Microsoft to align on roadmap and future capabilities.
- Document changes and create audit-ready records; produce regular status reports.
- Conduct rigorous testing and support user acceptance for all changes.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (especially Finance).
- Experience with international system rollouts and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and support consultants and business users.
- Familiarity with D365 CE is a plus.
