Customer Service Specialist - French Speaking

My client is a leading employer based in the St Neots area. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist that is fluent in written and spoken French to join their small but busy team working in a Hybrid nature (2 days at home Monday & Friday/ 3 Days in the office Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday). Your overall duties will be to deliver an excellent customer experience and support to internal and external customers for orders and general enquiries. This will include: Email Management Processing Sales Orders Complaint Management (escalating as and when necessary) Passing over any leads to the sales team Experience: Customer service Fluent French Speaker & Writer Fluent English Speaker Good Communication Skills MS Office skills (Word/ Excel/ Outlook) Maths & English (GCSE Grade C & above) Salary: £27,000
