A warm and inclusive early years setting in Watford is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team from September. This is a full-time, term-time position offering a fantastic opportunity to support children in a well-resourced and nurturing environment.

You will be working closely with other early years professionals to provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating space where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the learning and development of children aged 2 to 5
  • Planning and delivering activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
  • Observing, assessing and recording children's progress
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents and staff
  • Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment at all times
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
  • Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting

  • Solid understanding of the EYFS and child development
  • A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
