Brake Press Setter / Operator – The Role We are looking for experienced Press Brake Setter/Operators with expertise in Amada and LVD machines to join our dedicated team! Key Responsibilities; • Setting up machines to form metal components from Engineering Drawings. • Prepare set up, and adjust Brake Press as required by production plans. • Inspection of finished components using digital callipers, protractors, and engineers’ squares. • Performing pre-start checks to ensure machine readiness. • Logging completed work on manufacturing system. • Monitoring the operation of machine making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and production. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe and organized work area. Brake Press Setter / Operator – What we need from you Key Skills and Experience; • Minimum of 2 years in programming/setting and operating brake presses, preferably with Amada or LVD machines. • Strong understanding of machine tooling and processes. • Excellent timekeeping and attendance. • Ability to work with precision and maintain quality standards. • Proven experience with press brake programming/setting and operation. • Familiarity with tools and techniques required for precision engineering. • Ability to work Monday to Friday with occasional overtime.
