Litigation Solicitor Location: Weoley Castle Hours: Full Time Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum DOE Our client is seeking to recruit a motivated individual to join their civil/commercial litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and reputable legal firm that has been serving clients on a regional and national basis. About you As a civil litigator, you will play a crucial role in handling various civil litigation cases. Your responsibilities will include representing clients, legal research, drafting pleadings, attending court hearings and providing expert legal advice throughout the litigation process. You will be taking over an existing caseload (limited to your areas of expertise) and be responsible for managing your own case load and to work within a team.
