The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
We are currently partnering an established Law Firm who have been practicing for 35-years, who are recruiting for a permanent Litigation Solicitor to join the team in their South Birmingham office.
The role is full time, offering a negotiable salary subject to PQE, and the start date will be subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Handling various civil litigation cases, including company & shareholder disputes, consumer disputes, inheritance & probate disputes, intellectual property disputes and contract disputes
- Providing expert legal advice and managing an existing caseload
- Representing clients and attending court hearings
- Handling legal research and drafting pleadings
Experience required:
- Relevant qualification (i.e., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience of managing own caseload
- Confident in managing own caseload without supervision
