• Maximise Sales Opportunities: Transform inquiries into orders by leveraging your sales acumen and expertise.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, showcasing your commitment to exceptional service.
• Engage with Existing Clients: Focus on prospecting tasks that involve existing customers—no cold calling involved!
• Build Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Liaise with Purchasing, Accounts, and Transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
