The Role of Quantity Surveyor
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 2-5 years' experience working for a contractor or subcontractor. You'll support project delivery across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, office, industrial and public sector redevelopments (projects up to £10m).
Key Responsibilities
- Cost planning, forecasting and financial reporting
- Subcontractor procurement and contract administration
- Change control management
- Liaising with clients, consultants and supply chain
