My well established Wolverhampton based company are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in various digital marketing tools.
Duties:
- Assisting with the UK delivery of marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels
- Managing and scheduling content across our social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook)
- Writing engaging copy for emails, social, blogs, brochures and press releases
- Updating and contributing to our website and blog
- Helping coordinate our presence at trade events and exhibitions
- Keeping an eye on market trends and competitors, sharing insights with the wider team
- Working with sales and product teams to ensure consistency in our messaging and assets
- Producing or updating sales support collateral—brochures, case studies, product cards and more
- Assisting with basic image editing and design using Adobe Creative Suite
Key Skills:
- Essential you’ve had experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a B2B or product-led business
- A good knowledge of marketing principles and confidence using a mix of channels
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Express
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Organised and able to juggle multiple projects and priorities
- Self-motivated, positive and happy working at a steady pace as part of a collaborative team
- Proactive and confident in sharing ideas and contributing to team discussions
- If you have some experience in photography or video content creation this would be advantageous
