Through distinctive design and uncompromising production quality, we express the brand's essence and personality across the range, with roots in motorsport as a subsidiary of Prodrive.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Product Developer to join our Production team on a fixed term basis to provide maternity cover. There may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent following the end of the maternity cover. You will work closely with Head of Product to execute seasonal and bespoke product ranges for a diverse client base. This includes overseeing product development from concept through to delivery, driving innovation, and contributing to strategies that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product costing and margin analysis to develop commercially viable products that meet both design and integrity at the right price.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of all key stages from initial concept through to final delivery.
  • Manage our supply base, regularly checking where we have gaps and highlight any areas of concern with ability to communicate poor performance.
  • Manage and maintain the critical path in alignment with Sales and Marketing timelines, proactively identifying and resolving delays or disruptions.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to research market trends and explore innovations, identifying competitive opportunities and translating into actionable development strategies.
  • Attend fit sessions and work closely with designers to provide feedback, ensure garment accuracy and be adept at troubleshooting any fit or construction issues and highlighting risks to any branding application to the product.
  • Drive supplier management and selection, ensuring that partnerships align with our core business values from quality, ethical and sustainability.
  • Manage product claims and testing procedures, including and not limited to reviewing test reports, ensuring compliance with standards across clothing, accessories and packaging.
  • Be confident in reading issues to the senior team, advising of alternate solutions to accommodate deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and ecommerce teams to support product launches, provide accurate product specifications and assist in photography or promotional planning.
  • Review AQL inspections and be proactive in finding solutions to resolve any production issues.
  • Regularly check and analyse any faulty product from the marketplace and effectively take action to resolve or recall.
  • Stay up to date with legislation and compliance changes globally, ensuring internal teams are informed and aligned with any regulatory updates.

Who are we looking for? You will have in-depth knowledge of critical path management, from concept to delivery, with the ability to manage timelines and milestones effectively across the supply chain. An excellent communicator and collaborator, you will be detail-oriented to ensure the products meet the clients' expectations, and be able to prioritise workload with multiple concurrent projects maintaining deadlines.

  • 25 days holiday (which increases with long service) with an opportunity to purchase up to 15 extra days.
  • Training opportunities for continuing professional development.
  • Onsite subsidised staff restaurant.
  • Car and pension salary sacrifice schemes.
  • Cycling scheme.
