Role Overview: Pertemps is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mould and Damp Repairs Technical Officer to join the growing team at the London Borough of Harrow. This temporary position offers a competitive hourly rate of £16.19 - £17.66 PAYE, along with comprehensive training, excellent career development opportunities, and 21 days of annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing mould and damp cases within the council, ensuring accurate records and effective case progression from initiation to resolution.
  • Providing technical expertise on mould and damp cases and maintenance concerns.
  • Offering guidance and support to Harrow residents, including those who may be vulnerable, facing challenges, or experiencing distress.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across all levels.

  • Strong understanding of the diverse communities in Harrow and the impact of repair services on residents.
