Your new company is a well-regarded Brighton-based organisation looking for an Executive Assistant on a short-term temporary basis. This is a hybrid role, working 1-2 days/week in the office. Initially, it is a 4-6 week assignment while they recruit on a permanent basis, with the possibility of extension to support other executives.
Your new role involves supporting the CPO by assisting with day-to-day administration and prioritisation of tasks. You will develop strong working relationships and be the go-to person for all process and procedure enquiries. Key duties include:
- Diary management
- Scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Preparing agendas, presentations and documents
- Taking minutes
- Stakeholder management
- Travel and accommodation bookings within budget requirements
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
What you need to succeed: You will have previously worked as a PA or EA and have experience with diary and inbox management, taking meeting minutes, and stakeholder management. Experience supporting at C-Suite level is essential. Strong organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills are a must. Experience within a regulated environment is beneficial but not essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to confidently liaise with senior members of staff. You will need to be immediately available to start.
What you’ll get in return: This is a 4-6 week temporary assignment paying £22.15/hr premium. The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (with flexibility on start and finish times). It is a hybrid working role, 1-2 days a week in the office.
