A well-established and growing consultancy based near Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join at Associate Director level.   • Commercially astute, proactive, and client-focused.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of JCT contracts, construction technology, and core professional services.
