JOB – Junior Draughtsperson LOCATION – Leicestershire TERM – Permanent SALARY – £20,000 to £25,000 per annum Premier Engineering is currently working with a growing engineering business based in Leicestershire, who are looking to hire a Junior Draughtsperson to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your technical skills in a supportive environment. The Junior Draughtsperson will ideally have the following attributes: Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks A keen eye for detail and accuracy in technical drawings Basic understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines The Junior Draughtsperson role will involve: Assisting in the preparation and modification of technical drawings based on specifications Collaborating with senior draughtspersons and design engineers Keeping accurate records of drawings, files, and revisions Supporting communication with clients to understand design requirements Working alongside the production team to ensure drawings are accurately implemented If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date CV as soon as possible.
