A prestigious financial firm based in Central London is seeking a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of the founding partners. This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the heart of a leading firm, supporting a visionary leader with a dynamic and fast-paced schedule.
What You’ll Do
In this pivotal role, you will act as the trusted right-hand to the Partner, ensuring seamless management of professional and personal responsibilities. This role is predominantly business-focused and demands exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive diary and travel management, including global itineraries.
- Acting as the first point of contact, liaising with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Overseeing key projects and initiatives on behalf of the Partner.
- Coordinating with legal, finance, and other professional advisors as required.
- Ad hoc personal support, including property and household management.

You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment.
