Marble Talent are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across facilities or project sites. This role involves supervising a team of electricians and ensuring all electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of electrical technicians and subcontractors.
- Ensure electrical work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and company safety standards.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Conduct inspections of electrical installations and systems to ensure proper operation and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Order and maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other supervisors to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.
- Maintain documentation including work logs, incident reports, and maintenance records.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols and participate in regular safety meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, safety codes, and troubleshooting techniques.
