Tenthpin are seeking an experienced SAP Consulting Director who can lead and oversee critical projects for top tier life sciences clients as well as be a core to widely contributing to the growth of the business.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Consulting Director with a proven track record in SAP and deep expertise in the life sciences domain. As the Consulting Director, you will lead a team of talented consultants and collaborate with our clients to develop and implement SAP solutions tailored to their unique business needs. Your strategic insights, leadership, and industry knowledge will be instrumental in achieving successful project outcomes and maintaining long-term partnerships and contributing to the continued growth of Tenthpin as one of the recent success stories of the Management Consulting Industry.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with life sciences clients, understanding their specific challenges, and providing strategic advice on leveraging SAP solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance to consultants during project execution, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving.
SAP Implementation and Advisory:
- Oversee end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including system design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
- Advise clients on industry best practices, business process optimization, and change management strategies.
Business Development:
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and developing proposals that showcase our expertise in SAP and life sciences.
- Participate in client presentations, conferences, and industry events to enhance our brand presence and expand the client network.
Project Management:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, maintaining a strong focus on project governance and risk management.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on life sciences industry advantageous.
- Proven track record in leading SAP implementation projects, including full-cycle implementations, system upgrades, and integration projects.
- Strong understanding of life sciences industry processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Supply Chain Management) are desirable.
