Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities in this job will vary as a reflection of the evolving business needs however, they will be mostly centred around:

  1. Building the most progressive learning and development opportunity for team members across levels of experience.
  2. Thinking progressively about how we can achieve our ambitious company goals through equipping our amazing employees with the right tools to achieve their goals.
  3. Developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them.
  4. Creating development programs that empower the team to continuously overdeliver and deliver 7-star experiences across business areas.
  5. Identifying and driving synergies across business functions.
  6. To dream big and pursue it relentlessly!

What we expect from you

We are looking for experienced business managers to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not a requirement, but you do need to be highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead our team. Furthermore, having a UK work permit is also a requirement.

Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who:

  1. Have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what they do;
  2. Possess and unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency;
  3. Take ownership of everything they do, are proactive and follow through on commitments;
