Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities will be defined during the recruitment process but will mainly include:

• Driving projects related to growing new companies: starting ventures, creating marketing operations, developing sales strategies, and recruiting top-tier teams.
• Becoming an industry expert to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Leading expansion efforts and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Dreaming big and pursuing goals relentlessly!

What we expect from you

We seek experienced business managers eager to help us achieve our objectives. Industry experience is not mandatory, but you must be highly ambitious, forward-thinking, and capable of inspiring and leading our team. A UK work permit is required.

Additionally, candidates should:

• Have a relentless drive and desire to excel;
• Possess a strong work ethic and sense of urgency;
• Take ownership, be proactive, and follow through;
• Be curious about people and enjoy building relationships;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Our office is located next to Victoria Station. We work Monday through Friday and do not offer remote work.
