Job Description
We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business dedicated to growing audiences and revenues by understanding fans' behaviors and preferences.
We collaborate with clients to analyze and influence fan activities, including spending habits, event attendance, channel responsiveness, and content consumption. This insights-driven approach helps our clients expand their audiences and increase revenues, both direct-to-consumer and B2B.
Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 global clients, such as the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. With nearly 1000 employees across 14 offices, we serve sports and entertainment businesses worldwide.
Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands, pioneering rights-sales capabilities that leverage the emotional power of sport to deliver results for rights-owners and impactful brand activations.
We have successfully closed over $1.2 billion in sponsorship rights deals for major sports properties, including record-breaking agreements for UEFA Womenβs Football, the All Blacks, and Mercedes F1.
Our goal is to optimize client revenues while avoiding the fixed costs of maintaining large in-house sales teams. We focus on solving problems rather than merely selling assets, and we are actively expanding our client base, geographic reach, and sales team.
We are seeking a proven sponsorship sales professional to join us as Sponsorship Sales Lead.
- Lead high-profile sponsorship deals on behalf of premium rights holders globally.
- Proactively source and engage potential sponsors across various categories and regions; qualify prospects, secure meetings, and build relationships.
- Manage and develop trusted relationships with decision-makers at global brands.
- Influence senior business decision-makers across different sectors and markets worldwide.
- Successfully execute competitive processes, negotiating and closing significant sponsorship agreements.
- Ideally, have a track record of delivering multiple sizeable sponsorship deals with premium global rights holders in sport or entertainment.
- Possess strong influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working across different countries, cultures, and time zones is highly desirable.
