About the Client Our client is a growing mechanical services engineering firm based in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. They specialize in the design and installation of HVAC and water services for buildings across the UK. Known for their proactive approach and quality delivery, they are expanding their contracts team to meet increasing demand. Roles/Responsibilities Prepare and submit detailed tenders, including subcontractor coordination and cost analysis Manage procurement of plant, equipment, materials, and specialist services Oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery Monitor and manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial performance Travel regularly to project sites across the UK to ensure hands-on project oversightQualifications Prior experience as a Contracts Engineer or Project Manager in the HVAC industry Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and processes Skilled in Microsoft Office and project documentation Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and pride in high-quality work Full UK driving license required CSCS card and HNC/Degree in Building Services or related field preferredBenefits Diverse, nationwide project involvement Opportunities for growth within a supportive and expanding team Exposure to a wide variety of clients and engineering challenges Competitive salary package (based on experience)
