The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
This is a rare opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to join a rapidly growing business in a deal-focused role. As part of a team of specialist finance lawyers, you will be happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into a broad diet of cross-border work from running deals to drafting the related documentation as well as providing general legal advice. With a diet of mostly real estate finance but also asset finance, corporate finance, and general lending, you will be negotiating and drafting both LMA based and bespoke agreements.
There is flexibility on seniority, but the ideal candidate will have 4-6 years’ PQE with a banking and finance background. Some exposure to real estate finance would benefit your application. Most important is that you are a strong team player keen to get stuck in and build new relationships. You will be someone who loves solving problems and digs deep to find innovative solutions.
