Job Title: Part Time Responsible Individual (1-2 days per week)

Salary: Up to 52,000 per annum

Location: North London (must be able to commute throughout North London)

Our client has a strong presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children with emotional and behavioural needs.

Having recently achieved outstanding Ofsted ratings across their homes, they are committed to excellence and aim for \’Outstanding\’ across all homes.

We are seeking a Responsible Individual to oversee a portfolio of three homes (two established and one to be registered with Ofsted). This role involves supporting staff, promoting independence, encouraging recreational activities, and advocating for service users.
