The role will be to lead a team of Internal Sales Executives, ensuring that asset targets and agreed KPIs are achieved, and regularly update the Head of Sales regarding the activity of the Team. You would be reporting to the Head of Sales.
In line with the company’s sales policy, the Internal Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop the sales strategy:
- Create and monitor a budget
- Define the strategic development priorities
- Participate in sales and marketing operations
- Participate in the adaptation of the product range
- Follow and share the market trends
- Manage a team of internal sales executives on a daily basis:
- Recruit, train and coach internal sales team to achieve their objectives
- Define and set objectives
- Monitor business development and evaluate the performance of the team
- Lead regular meetings with the team
- Develop sales of strategic or dedicated customers:
- Identify key contacts and prospect new customers (contractors, operators, installers)
- Maintain permanent contact with existing customers
- Advise and guide customers until the order is complete
- Participate in the follow-up of payments with financial department
