Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Ruby Tech Lead to join their team. In this role, you will lead the development of our healthtech solutions, working with a modern tech stack that includes Ruby on Rails, AWS, and React/TypeScript. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails. Utilise AWS for cloud infrastructure and services. Implement front-end features with React and TypeScript.
