About the Role

As a Internal Recruiter /Recruitment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting hiring managers, ensuring seamless coordination of recruitment activities, and driving efficiency in talent acquisition. You will be instrumental in candidate attraction, sourcing, and creating a positive hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Posting & Management: Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring effective outreach.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain and update the ATS for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Monitor recruitment progress, generate reports, and provide key hiring insights.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and organise interviews, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Candidate Journey & Onboarding: Support candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding.
  • Collaboration with HR: Act as a liaison between recruitment and HR teams to streamline hiring processes.
  • LinkedIn & Social Media Management: Oversee job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms, leveraging social media to attract top talent.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential recruitment administration support to the team.
