Chesamel Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing and Client Engagement Lead to lead our marketing initiatives whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on client engagement to drive business growth, enhance the Chesamel Group brand presence, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction across our diverse portfolio of services.

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI analysis for all campaigns
  • Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and creative asset development
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Serve as primary point of contact for strategic client accounts
  • Develop client engagement strategies to increase retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular client reviews, feedback sessions, and business development meetings
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling initiatives
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure timely delivery of marketing solutions

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor marketing team members and junior staff
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners
  • Present marketing performance and client insights to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes and client service delivery

Performance and Analysis

  • Track and analyse marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and client engagement metrics
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing ROI and client satisfaction scores
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and client engagement approaches
  • Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems for enhanced efficiency

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Master\’s degree or professional qualification preferred
  • 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience with client-facing responsibilities
  • 2+ years in a senior marketing or account management role

Core competencies

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong client relationship management and account growth experience
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation software, and digital marketing tools
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising
  • Familiarity with design software and content management systems
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reportin
  • Industry-specific experience relevant to our sector
  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies
  • Background in event marketing and trade show management
  • Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms
  • Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
  • Previous experience in a client services or consulting environment
