We are seeking a skilled and reliable Alarm Engineer to join our team, covering service, installation, and maintenance of intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems across the North East region. This is a field-based role operating during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, with no routine weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and service a range of security and fire alarm systems.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all work complies with current industry standards and customer requirements.
- Cover a territory across the North East including areas such as Newcastle, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, and surrounding towns.
- Maintain accurate records and complete job reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Alarm Engineer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of fire and security systems (e.g., Texecom, Hikvision, Paxton).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-facing professionalism.
