Trainee Administrator Circa. £23,000-£25,500, Outskirts of Harrogate, office based, flexible hours, on site parking, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, training, development & progression. Due to continued business growth we are looking to recruit a Trainee Administrator for this successful business located on the outskirts of Harrogate. This role would suit someone who has excellent communication skills and is keen to embark on a career in an office. Full training can be provided but we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and join this team with a vision to grow with the business. As Trainee Administrator you will: Provide admin support to both the accounts department and engineers Assist in booking jobs in for engineers Process invoices Update customer records Assist with customer queries where possible Process customer orders Process office sundries and stationery orders Requirements for this Trainee Administrator role: Have a good level of English and maths, GCSE or equivalent Be able to learn on the job Be keen and eager to learn Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft office applications Previous experience in an administration role would be good but not essential Your own transport is required due to location of office This Trainee Administrator role would suit someone who has worked as an office administrator, receptionist, secretary or similar.
