Job Title: Part-Time Service Administrator Location: Initially Home-Based Salary: £22,500 per annum (pro-rata) Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM About the Company: Monowa specialises in the supply and installation of movable wall systems, which are used to divide spaces such as conference rooms, sports halls, and open-plan areas. About the Role: They are currently seeking a Part-Time Service Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to contribute to a dynamic and growing business. While full training will be provided, the ideal candidate should be proactive and willing to take ownership of the role. Key Responsibilities: * Use of the company CRM system (training provided) * Investigating leads and selling service packages * Pricing and producing service quotations * Programming and scheduling service packages * Completing HSE paperwork and pre-qualification questionnaires for new clients * Processing sales enquiries for both servicing and new wall installations * General administrative duties including: * * Answering telephone calls * Providing customer service * Filing and maintaining records Key Skills and Requirements: * Good practical and technical skills (training will be provided) * Strong customer service and communication abilities * Good understanding of logistics and planning * Full UK driving licence * A willingness to learn and grow within the role
