About the Role

We’re working with a well-established franchised main dealer in Liverpool that is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dealership environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers and handling service enquiries
  • Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs
  • Communicating with customers regarding the progress of their vehicle
  • Liaising with the workshop and parts department
  • Upselling service plans, repairs, and additional work
  • Ensuring manufacturer and dealership standards are consistently met

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer is essential
