Senior Social Worker

Location – Walsall Senior Social Worker – CIC Please see attached JD Part time role- 22.5 hours, but its expected that this will then become full time, 37 hours, as maternity cover from the end of July. Hybrid- some days in office( up to 3 days per week) and some working from home Candidate MUST HAVE Child in need experience. Brief duties / key responsibilities: Manage small allocation of children Reflective supervision of the family support worker. Support the Manager Chair meetings Statutory visits Record accurately. Complete life journey work Have good communication skills. Supporting newer members of staff Up to Rate £33.30 Please complete attached cover sheet to state 3 years in a perm social work childrens role i line with the DFE guidelines.
