Working for a growing and market leading manufacturing business. This position is required for a period of 12-months to cover maternity leave. Role and Responsibilities * Maximise sales conversion through efficient processing of enquiries and orders * Engaging with clients both on and off site in a supporting role with the aim of developing a broader customer base * Implementing, contributing to and maintaining office-based sales procedures * Preparing and following up quotations * Processing orders * Maintaining the customer database, ensuring that all activities from the team are recorded within the Opportunity Tracker * Providing reports and analysis as required * Process new sales enquiries * Providing customer liaison in the event of delays or issues with products and services * Providing management with information relating to the sales pipeline and quotation performance * Hosting and supporting regular online customer meetings * Supporting in general sales administration activities as required, such as export compliance tasks and NDA completion * Sourcing quotes from multiple suppliers for repeat part quotes * Complaints management, escalating where required Candidate requirements * Customer Service and Account Management (customer enquiries, quotations, managing the order process and shipments, etc) * Building up new and existing relationships with both internal and external * Accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently * Strong communication skills * Ability to work to tight deadlines, achieve sales target, prioritise workload and manage multiple projects at once * Highly organised Only suitable candidates will be directly contacted about this position, and we will not store or process the data of candidates in any way unless consent has been obtained
