The Partners of this leading marine team are looking for a talented and experienced lawyer to advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters relating to their maritime clients.

Matters range from drafting general commercial agreements, more complex maritime and offshore projects to corporate matters including advising on corporate structures and vehicles.

Variety of commercial and corporate work

This is one of the largest, most respected teams in this sector. The team has been growing further recently and now has an opportunity for a senior associate to add further depth to the department.

Work includes:

  • Advising in relation to ownership structures and sale and purchase agreements
  • Commercial matters such as charter contracts operation, repair and refit agreements
  • Recycling and reconditioning contracts
  • Contracts in relation to offshore projects, e.g., involving everything from wind turbines to oil rigs.
