The Partners of this leading marine team are looking for a talented and experienced lawyer to advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters relating to their maritime clients.
Matters range from drafting general commercial agreements, more complex maritime and offshore projects to corporate matters including advising on corporate structures and vehicles.

- Advising in relation to ownership structures and sale and purchase agreements
- Commercial matters such as charter contracts operation, repair and refit agreements
- Recycling and reconditioning contracts
- Contracts in relation to offshore projects, e.g., involving everything from wind turbines to oil rigs.
