About the Role
You will be joining a highly experienced corporate & commercial team with a strong reputation. They are looking for someone capable of running M&A transactions independently, both on sale and acquisition; dealing with all types of structures, good general corporate experience in undertaking corporate reorganisations; drafting bespoke shareholder agreements, articles of association and advising on corporate governance issues, along with intellectual property matters, commercial contracts, and data protection.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for candidates with at least 5 years PQE and who boast experience of working on complex matters for high-net worth clients. You must be able to think commercially and strategically, have great attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
