This Private Equity Firm based in a very impressive office in the heart of the West End urgently seeks a Receptionist who will be supporting the wider team of 40. This is a very exciting role where you will be undertaking a number of duties such as: Answering all the calls Organizing several diaries and scheduling meetings Circulating Teams/Zoom meetings Organizing refreshments Booking meeting rooms Dealing with the post, binding, and printing Helping with events Hours: 9am – 5:30pm, 5 days in the office where there is a gym, wonderful terrace, and breakout areas.
