Our client, a leading Main Contractor working within the fit-out industry, is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on the delivery of an extensive retail fit out project within a live environment in Kings Lynn. The role involves managing a project related to the refurbishment, upgrade, and remodel of a live trading area.
As a Night shift Site Manager, you must have experience of running sites as an on-site Manager as a No.1, with previous experience of delivering large fit-out projects in your recent work history. You should have experience working for the Main/Principal Contractor, dealing directly with the end user/client, and undertaking all daily tasks including:
- Managing Health & Safety on site
- Delivering daily inductions and toolbox talks
- Ensuring the site is running to programme
- Dealing with any problems as they arise on site
You must also hold a CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and SMSTS. Any further qualifications would be beneficial.
