Our client is a leading provider of specialist consultancy and training services. For over a decade, they have been at the forefront of designing and delivering some of the most successful, efficient, and safety-focused learning programmes throughout the UK. Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Systems Administrator to join their team. You will need to be proactive and customer-focused. This role is central to ensuring a smooth experience for the thousands of users who rely on their web and app based learning and competence management systems. We are looking for a candidate who can offer: * excellent communication skills * experience using Office 365, particularly Word & Excel * working knowledge of SharePoint (essential) * high attention to detail * experience of working with data * understanding of GDPR Our wish list would also consist of: * experience with SQL & coding * experience using WordPress and camtasia software * able to deliver training to groups of people either face to face or online * understanding of data structures and data types in database systems This is an office based opportunity, Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 4.45pm. 35 hours per week
