We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to support and assist the Head Chef delivering high-quality meals to a vibrant workplace community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys a structured schedule with no evening or weekend shifts, while still having opportunities for paid overtime during special events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the head chef delivering high quality seasonal menus
- Working closely with a small, dedicated team
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Assisting with menu writing, stock, ordering, and ensuring minimal food waste
