LEAD DECISION SYSTEMS ANALYST

This is an exciting opportunity to join this business and help support with their new decisions systems going live. You will own this companies’ decisions systems work and be a leading decision maker.

THE COMPANY

This business is a UK-based specialist mortgage lender offering a wide range of products, mainly known for their buy-to-let, and residential mortgages. They are a well-established and profitable business.

THE ROLE

You can expect to be involved in the following day-to-day:

• Work across decision systems, including their design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Take ownership of the decision systems function within the business.
• Develop and manage champion/challenger strategies outside of the core system.
• Lead strategy updates and enhancements based on performance and business needs.
• Design and implement new decision strategies.
• Create and maintaining MI to support and evaluate system performance.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience with decision systems, Lending Metrics would be preferred.
• SAS or SQL needed.
• Python or Power BI would be desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree in a STEM subject.
